Dr Chan gave me a week's course of antibiotic for the throat.
Tried out KB at Westgate. Turned out I was the only one. Good intensive class by PT Ramesh. Plenty of squats and WoD was lunges intermittent with lunges/deadlifts/pushpress.
5th day no update about MH370. Will update more later.
