Bumped into Hayley at FFusion, lovely surprise. We ended up doing the pump class together ran by Ema. Good class as always. Still weak on the upper arm especially triceps.
Continued with Sh'bam with Ema and her tonnes of energy. Can't help admiring her super toned body ! And that energy she has .. wow !
